The Versatile Blogger Award

versatile0

Hey everyone! I hope you’re having fun this holiday season. It’s one of my favorite times of the year!

So I’ve finally got around to writing about this award, for which I was nominated by a lot of people… I want to thank these wonderful guys: Jasmine, remyfool, Queen Mery and M. for being so cool and tagging me!

Jasmine is a super nice girl who always has a very professional approach when it comes to her posts. We talk quite a lot here in the blogosphere, too. Her blog How Useful It Is has so many tips and advice, you will definitely find something for you!

Remyfool and I always end up having really nice conversations about anime and manga online. Really long conversations, too! His blog is mostly dedicated to anime and he writes great reviews for various genres, so be sure to check The Lily Garden out!

Queen Mery is such a spunky little blogger, you will definitely enjoy reading her reviews. They always show her enthusiasm about the books she reads, which I think is pretty cool! Also, I guarantee you will never feel down afterwards. See for yourself at The Parisian Bookshelf!

M. always has tons of posts about books and bookish things, so if you like that you really need to go over to her blog M Reads Books right now! Her diverse content will please different people with different tastes.

Again, thank you so much guys and I’m sorry this is so late!

RULES

  • Share 7 different facts about yourself
  • Nominate 15 blogs of your choice

7 FACTS ABOUT ME

  1. I love watching cooking shows. I especially love watching them while I’m eating or thinking about what I’m going to eat or, you know, cooking.
  2. I am constantly coming up with mash ups and remixes in my head using songs that I like.
  3. I play guitar but not very well because I’m too lazy to practice… Oops.
  4. I am incredibly scared of heights and get faint just by watching other people on roller coasters or bungee jumping videos.
  5. I have a piece of graphite stuck on my leg because I somehow got stabbed/stabbed myself with a pencil when I was a kid. (I have no idea how that happened either but apparently it’s more common than you think.)
  6. I’ve never broken a bone in my entire life.
  7. My love for chocolate is a recurrent joke among my friends so I thought I might as well name my blog after it!

  1. I know how difficult it is to keep track of all the tags, I’m terrible at it😕 Thank you so much for your kind words!!! I’m happy to know you enjoy my reviews!!! I’m kind of jealous because I would definitely like to live in Italy!!!! Also, I don’t want you to freak out but I would like to try bungee jumping, it’s on my bucket list!!! 😅😅
I just realized I wasn’t following you on instagram so I just did!!! ❤ ❤

  2. Congrats on the award and thanks for the nomination 😁..
I have already said it on my blog but I am scared of heights too 😭 but I don’t get scared of seeing other people doing stuff 😁 that’s a lot of fear I sense there.
It might take sometime for me to do this, since I have some posts planned and I am in the middle of my exams now 😭, but really thanks for the nomination 🙌

    1. Thank you so much 🙂 And no problem, I was happy to!

Hahahaha it’s kind of like when you’re watching a movie where they’re being buried alive and you feel claustrophobic, or a movie where they’re holding their breath underwater and you hold your breath too… Does it make sense?

And of course, take your time! I know how hard it is to keep up with every tag and post scheduling. It took me a while to have this one done, too so… Can’t wait to read yours! ^^ And good luck with your exams 🙂

      1. Oh now I get how you feel. Lol but more like being in a 5D theatre will scare me if I see the seats lifting even an inch while the screen displays a fall from a mountain scene. That’s the closest I can relate to myself being scared😂😂
And thanks for the encouragement 😁😜😆

  3. What can I say….if there is one person who deserves this award: it is definitely you. So all I can say is congratulations on yet another very well deserved reward. Knowing how much your blog is appreciated it will most assuredly not be your last one. And thank you so much for the nomination 😊 I very much appreciate it. Keep up the great work you are doing, and have a wonderful Christmas yourself 😊

    1. Oh you’re too kind! And of course, I had to nominate you! You have one of the most versatile blogs I know 😊 You seem to have such a varied taste, too. So, really, it was a no-brainer ^^

Thank you very much 😊 And you too! 😄

  4. Congratulations on the award and thanks for making my blog look interesting, haha! I really do enjoy our conversations.

Cooking shows are great to watch. I always end up hungry, though! Which ones are your favorite?

I love mash-ups! They’re really fun to think about.

    No broken bones! That’s impressive!

Keep being an awesome blogger! c:

    1. Thanks! 😀 Hahaha I know! I don’t know why I do this to myself, but I just can’t help it. They’re fascinating to me as I don’t really know how to cook that well. I don’t have a favorite, anything on Food Network will do 😛

No broken bones but a lot of sprains… Sigh. Oh well.

Thank you, and you too! ^_^

  5. Congratulations! You most certainly deserve this award 😀 It’s awesome that you haven’t broken a bone before! I haven’t either! *high five* And I have a piece of graphite stuck in my knee! LOL. I can’t remember how it happened, though. I either stabbed myself or I fell on the pencil haha. Cooking shows are the best. I love to watch Pioneer Woman, Barefoot Contessa, and Giada at Home. Oh! And Cupcake Wars and Chopped, of course 😀 And thank you for tagging me! ❤ I'm sorry it took me a while to respond. Your comment/link fell into my spam box for some reason! :/

    1. Oh thank you so much ❤ And of course I had to, you deserve it!
That sucks, WordPress pulls that off with me sometimes too. Worse even! But I'm glad you found it in your spam folder 😊
*High five* We have so much in common! But seriously, no broken bones, graphite stuck in our skin and cooking shows? Yes! ^^
I do love baking shows more than food shows sometimes. I love when they make it look more like a piece of art than anything really edible. It's just so fascinating to me. But of course I go for real cooking when I feel like making meals 😆

      1. *virtual hug* I’ll continue to check my spam folder just to make sure they haven’t placed you in permanent spam jail haha. And I know! It’s crazy to have that many things in common 0_o And I prefer to bake myself 🙂 I’m the one who provides the desserts at family parties haha. So I watch the cooking shows mostly to see what desserts they come up with. Some of those desserts are just breathtakingly gorgeous. But I also watch the shows to, you know, learn how to make a real meal LOL. If only we could live off chocolate and strawberries XD

        1. If only! Hahaha 😜
My blog name has chocolate in there for a reason after all 😏
And yay! May I never end up in the spam folder again!
I love baking too 😄 I’m better at it than cooking, although I’ve been doing it more frequently now. The struggle of sugar craving is real!

  6. I have played guitar too! I own a guitar for 10 years and never touch it again, so it is all dusty now XD.
By the way, I tag you for the 2016 /2017 Tag. I don’t know why, but I feel like you already being tagged by other blogger XD

  7. That’s awesome that you love chocolate. Me too 😊 I consumed all kinds: chocolate cakes, triple chocolate muffin, chocolate bars, chocolate with all kinds of nuts in it. How about you? Do you cook anything you watch? I used to watch some before but it’s sad to not being able to try those delicious foods they present at the end 😂 That’s good to not have any bones broken. I think I don’t have any either. Thanks so much for the shout out! I like your blog and you truly deserve the award. 😊

  8. I’m working on a post that celebrates bloggers in this community that have been a support and inspiration to me. I hope for you to participate by letting me know two things. One, is What are you passionate about? Two, is what is your favorite quote? Thank you so much for your comments and wonderful posts!

    1. First of all, thank you so much for considering me! It’s such a great honor to be a part of that 🙂
I’m passionate about writing, mostly, and reading, of course. But I guess you could say all types of art speak to me on a deep level.
My favorite quote is probably “Well-behaved women seldom make history” by Laurel Thatcher Ulrich. But there are many great ones!
Once again, thank you for your kind words and for being so sweet ❤
