  4. i am not going to spoil you on vampire dairies but i do think that the best season is season one. I do love the covers of game of thrones ive only read the first book i am hoping to tead the rest of the books.

  6. July is going to be book reading month for me. I’m behind on quite a number of novels, so I hope to catch up with some books that I have been dying to read for quite some time now (none of them are in this post though…sorry 😅). But I do see quite a number of books that I know I will want to read eventually. Thanks for sharing all these, and as always great post 😊

  7. Great Review! I loved the Kiss of Deception but I haven’t finished the trilogy yet. I’m planning to binge read the whole trilogy. Red Sister is pretty enjoyable read and I hope you like it when you get to it. I’m so excited for you to read Flame In The Mist! It’s soooo good! I think you’ll definitely love it. 🙂

    1. I highly recommend it! I wasn’t a big fan of the ending but that’s my personal opinion. Everything else was absolutely amazing.
      I hope I love those two as well! They both sound incredibly promising.

  10. Oh my.. I used to be HOOKED on The Vampire Diaries… like seeeriously hooked 😀 I haven’t seen only the latest season and I don’t even know what number it is by now… 7? 8? But yeah… you’#re in for a helluva ride yet, girl! 😉
    Also- The Originals? Once you catch up with, say, 5-6 seasons of TVD, start watching The Originals as wlel! 😛 I ended up liking it more in the end that TVD! Have you read the books as well? I think that series in book form should have ended at like Book 6 or 7… the last one was just.. no! 😀

    Right.. books! books! 😀
    That GRR Martin collection looks gigantic… I only have the first book and I haven’t even read it yet… I really want to make a start on it soon, though… have you read alal the books yourself?

    1. I’ve been binge watching it for a couple weeks now and am completely hooked, for sure! Damon is absolute heaven (or hell) on earth… And I know! I was kind of scared to start but alas, what’s done is done! 😂
      I haven’t reached that part quite yet but I’m pretty sure I’ll end up loving them as well!
      I’ve never read the books nor plan to, as it’s quite the massive series, and I’ve heard they’re quite different. I just know I won’t like it as much XD
      Yeah, books! Hahaha
      Oh it is huge and intimidating but it was a gift so no excuse not to read it now XD Don’t worry, we’re in this together! I don’t know when I’ll start but I know I need to be in the right mood for it. Maybe after I get into season 7?

      Oh I’m hoping we can fangirl together afterwards! It’s supposed to be really nice, although I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews as well. But it was mostly from people who’d read Wrath and Dawn first, so I’m hoping since I haven’t, I’ll be able to enjoy it a bit more 😛

  16. I definitely vouch for the awesomeness of Red Sister. Hope you get the opportunity to read about Nona’s story. 😀 😀 Your GoT set is pretty epic indeed! I only got the first book, and I can’t wait to finally get the opportunity to read it; well… finally… I don’t know where I can fit in a colossal book like that into my schedule hahah

      Yeah I got the GoT set for Christmas! I was so happy about it hahaha I previously had the first and second books but the set is definitely much more awesome 😛

  17. I so hope you like Red Sister- such a great book!! And I’ve not read Crystal Storm yet- I’ve heard it was pretty meh- but I’m still saving it so I can read it close to when the last one comes out! And I really need to get on and read Kiss of Deception and Geekerella! Wow that’s a gorgeous set of GOT books!! And I need to find out what the fuss is about with Flame in the Mist too!!

    1. Thank you, I’ve heard wonderful things about it! 🙂 I thought it was, but you might have a different opinion. Oh yeah, that’s clever hahaha I just couldn’t wait to find out what the fuss was about 😛
      The Kiss of Deception is wonderful! The whole trilogy is, actually. Even if the last book was not as great as the other two. Geekerella was really cute!
      And yeah it is! It’s just so pretty to look at ❤ (And read, I promise I'll actually read it eventually XD ) Flame in the Mist got mixed reviews but I'm still keen on trying it – hopefully, before The Wrath and the Dawn.

    1. No, I decided to start watching the show on a whim and then, after some research, realized the books were quite different so I didn’t feel like investing the time (there are so many, after all, and the show is already pretty long!)
      Did you enjoy the show? Which season was your favorite? (I’m only on season 2 so no spoilers please XD )

  26. I love the Remnant Chronicles!!! Have you read Beauty of Darkness yet? I couldn’t decide who I liked best for like the entire series :’-D I’ve got a copy of Red Sister from Illumicrate and I can’t wait to read it, I’m just reading King of Thorns now (also by Mark Lawrence) to prepare myself lol.

    1. Yes, I’ve finished the trilogy! As suspected, she didn’t end up with the one I wanted hahaha
      I always had a favorite one, but I liked the other one quite a lot as well. Just not with Lia. The way the author paired the two couples together in the end felt hasty and honestly too convenient. There was no indication a certain someone would end up with another certain someone and suddenly they’re in love? I’m sorry but I don’t buy that. Terrible, terrible ending!
      But, you know, other that that it was a great series 🙂
      Red Sister sounds awesome! I can’t wait to try it ❤
